Le Dian Hotel - Serang

The hotel had a large and serene pool area with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the sun. The staff were welcoming and able to provide useful information on local attractions and amenities. the hotel's location was very convenient for easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and there were visible signs of dust and cobwebs. The breakfast choices were limited and not of the best quality, and there were few options for those with dietary restrictions.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is close to several shops and restaurants. it is not far from the city center and the highway. the room is spacious and clean with good quality toiletries in the bathroom. there is a nice gym and pool on the property which guests can use. Breakfast is available at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was not far from the street and conveniently near the highway. It was also close to the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, and a terrace. We were also impressed with the free toiletries, refrigerator, and electric kettle provided in our room. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry, making our stay even more convenient.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was a real treat. The pool was a highlight, with its sparkling turquoise water, and plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the rays. Plus, the location was just perfect - close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. The room was also spacious and clean, which was a nice change from some hotels I've stayed at before. And the breakfast? Well, let's just say I indulged in the pancakes and bacon more than once.

There were a couple of things that didn't quite meet my expectations. The first was the noise level - I could hear a lot of outside noise from my room, which made sleeping a little difficult. Also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and kept turning on and off throughout the night. Additionally, I found the check-in process to be a bit slow and disorganized, which was a bit frustrating after a long day of travel. Despite these small negatives, overall it was a wonderful stay.
